6. Переход от сетей Windows NT 4.0 к сетям Windows 2000.
7. Установка Windows 2000 Professional с использованием служб удаленной установки (Remote Installation Services).
8. Использование групповой политики для настройки пользовательской среды.
9. Использование групповой политики для настройки ПО.
10. Установка и конфигурирование службы Terminal Services.
11. Конфигурирование удаленного доступа (RAS).
12. Безопасность в сетях Windows 2000
13. Поддержка служб DHCP и WINS.
14. Управление файловыми ресурсами.
15. Управление дисками.
16. Реализация мер защиты от аварий (Disaster Protection).
